Refund Policy
Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships. The decision to refund a charge does not create an obligation to issue future refunds. If TadpoleXStudio issues a refund for any reason, it will be credited solely to the original payment method. TadpoleXStudio.com will not issue refunds in cash, by check, or via any other payment method.
TadpoleXStudio.com will make every effort to make sure that photo and/or video Content is in working order before uploading and releasing Content on the Site for sale. If a file is corrupt or defective, please contact customer support at support@darkreachcash.com. We will contact you within 24-48 hours with a resolution to your problem.
